The Schugarni Solar Systems Story...

As a small Australian family, we needed to find a way to save money on our ever increasing home electricity bills. It became obvious that these bills were going to continue increasing.... growing out of our control and range of affordability through no fault of our own. Sure, we were constantly turning things off at the wall like all the experts suggest, but still power costs continued to increase.

We decided to purchase and install a solar electricity system. We set about getting quotes for a system that would meet our needs. In the end, it seemed that a solar system was out of our price range too due to the high prices being charged for solar systems in Australia by suppliers hiking up prices to gain their own financial benefits from generous Government incentives meant for the end-users.

What were we to do?? We had a computer at hand and an overseas contact, so we started asking questions about the real cost to purchase and import a system by ourselves. Finally we had found an affordable way to get ourselves a system! We had the system installed by a certified installer and we were on our way. It turned out that we had friends and family who were also keen to purchase more affordable systems - so we brought some in for them as well. Hey presto! Schugarni Solar Systems Pty Ltd is born.

We are a family organisation importing solar panels, inverters and racking for use in Australia for commercial or domestic applications. We offer a quality product that has passed stringent testing and comes with full warranty coverage. All of our products are listed on the Clean Energy Council of Australia's approved equipment lists so you can be sure that, once installed by a certified installer, you will have a system that is fully compliant with the Clean Energy Council of Australia and as such is eligible for STC creation and/or any Government incentives available.
